1. Agreement to Terms
These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement between you (whether personally or on behalf of an educational institution, coaching center, school, or business entity) and Rudra Software Solutions ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), regarding your access to and use of rudrasoftwaresolutions.in, the ClassPulse mobile and web applications, and related services.
2. Description of Service
Rudra Software Solutions provides educational management software (SaaS), featuring multi-tenant institute dashboards, automated fee tracking, digital receipt generation, examination marks management, and parent communication tools.
3. Account Registration & Security
Administrators, staff, teachers, and parents must maintain the confidentiality of their login credentials. Any unauthorized use of an account must be reported immediately to [email protected].
4. Intellectual Property
The ClassPulse platform, the Rudra Software Solutions trademarks, source code, logos, visual designs, database architectures, and documentation are the exclusive property of Rudra Software Solutions. Users are granted a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to use the platform solely for internal educational management purposes.
5. Institute & Data Responsibilities
Client institutions (schools, tuition centers, academies) subscribing to ClassPulse represent that they have lawful authority and consent from guardians to store student names, phone numbers, and academic records on the platform for educational administrative tracking.
6. Limitation of Liability & Service Availability
While we strive for 99.9% service availability backed by Cloudflare global cloud infrastructure, services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Rudra Software Solutions shall not be liable for incidental, indirect, or consequential damages resulting from third-party network interruptions or user device failures.
7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any legal disputes arising out of these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.
